„Meine Faszination für Blumen, wie sie leuchten in der Sonne und tanzen im Wind, habe ich auf Fotos festgehalten und daraus Bilder entstehen lassen“

Over the passed 50 years, ANNA WUETRICH SWITZERLAND has been presenting flowers and pictures of nature to many of her viewers. Nowa- days, her large flower pictures on canvas are used for interior design in a variety of different institutions, such as hospitals, public places, private homes, various Swiss galleries, establishments for the aged, restaurants and government offices. Businesses and private collectors have discovered the positive influence of flowers to enlighten one`s environment.

Anna catches flowers dancing in the wind and blomming brightly in the sunlight. Her aim is to unfold everyday a heart-warming experience whilst viewing her works of art.

Flowers have always played an important role in Anna`s life. She has mastered the art of creating wonderful artisic flower arrangements for many years before she started taking photographs. During her years of living and working in Norway, Germany and travelling to places all over the world, her knowledge and horizon for a cultural understanding arose and has accompanied her ever since. A constant interest in new and developing technology enspired her to use a digital camera and a computer. Supported by using these technical devices, she now design flowers to create harmony and peace. Her works of art enlighten the empty spaces with positive colour concepts and so unfold the atmospheric potenial when hung in a room .

The vernissages and finissages of each exhibition are always very entertaining and warmly visited by her current and frequent admirers. The list of her memorable activities is too long to recite but I would like to mention two of them:

– Her works of art with flowers became a spectacular of light when projected onto an outside wall of a gallery during the night, turning the darkness into brightness.

Another invigorating event was a joint creation of art involving local cultural celebrities and politicians. Their work of art, after being admired, was cut into pieces so that each parcipitant was able to receive a part as a souvenir.

It is a genuine honour for me to have been able to take a humble moment to write and to bring over to you in a few words the impressions about my mother, ANNA . I am one of her greatest admirers.

Anna Wüthrich lässt wie keine andere “die Blumen lachen in der Sonne und tanzen im Wind”. Als gelernte Meisterfloristin besitzt sie das Auge für die Schönheit der Blumen und als Künstlerin die Liebe und Geduld auf den faszinierenden Moment zu warten. Gekonnt entscheidet sie sich für trendige Materialien wie Acrylglas, hinter denen ihre Fotobilder zum Leuchten gelangen oder für Leinwände welche die natürliche Leichtigkeit der Blumen-Sujets noch unterstreichen.

In ihren Ausstellungen kommt ihre Phantasie gebührend zur Geltung. Die Schönheit der Natur, die sie in Licht und Farbe eingefangen hat, strahlt Wärme und Geborgenheit aus und lässt die Betrachter staunend und verzaubert zurück.

Anna Wüthrich’s Leidenschaft sind die Blumen. Momente ihrer Schönheit bildlich einzufangen und allen Interessierten zugänglich zu machen, hat sie sich zur künstlerischen Aufgabe gemacht. Diese erfüllt sie mit Herzblut und Freude.
