DISINTEGRATION PATTERNS

Agata Glubiak

Saturday, Dec 7th, 17-21h

Sunday Dec 8th, 16-18h

Disintegration Patterns is a juxtaposition of works with different materials and structures. The exhibition ranges from geometric, almost meditative paintings, through delicate ink drawings on silk to fast hand sketches. The pattern, as a main theme, simultaneously connects and deconstructs the works, challenging the viewer to explore non-obvious connections and approaches.

[RE]Connect

WRITER`s PLAYGROUND

writing workshop with [RE]Connect – a day of fun workshops for the creative self from photography to collage as a form of resistance.

Ferderico Hewson ll be doing a Writers Playground – exercises to flex our writing muscle!

Sunday, November 3 · 11am – 1pm CET

From Mad Libs to Attitude Fruit; ghost stories to the personal power of Journaling; how to write Haiku to the mysterious (historical!) one word poem! We will talk about writing as well as freely put words together in ways that inspire us.

With a theatrical as well as writing background Federico will gently guide you to experience the joy of writing – whether that’s for personal development, pleasure, or a writing assignment – we write to remember how fun it can be . . to write!

Tarot and the Creative Spark

Creative Writing Workshop

03/11/2024 18:30-20:30

A workshop exploring creative writing possibilities through the various interpretations of tarot cards.

The pictorial language of the tarot stimulates our imagination and subconscious, and the cards themselves encompass a huge range of human experiences. While tarot is a useful tool for reflection and self-exploration, this also makes it an excellent stimulus for creative work.

In this workshop we will use the various interpretations of tarot cards to explore creative writing possibilities with exercises and games, emerging with fresh ideas and approaches for using stimulus. All writing formats are welcome! Whether you write poetry, prose or plays, this workshop is for you. No prior knowledge of tarot is necessary; we will discuss the major themes of cards, but as stimulus they are totally open to interpretation.

Ruth Pearson (she/her) is a tarot reader, theatre maker and creative. She has been reading tarot professionally and peronally for 3 years with a unique approach that centres the intuition of the seeker, working to build a safe space for emotional exploration.

Language: The workshop will be conducted in English but participants are free to write in any language.
